Project Characteristics

RiverSky is a business-class residential area with designer's architecture, modern engineering, well-thought-out planning solutions and unique housing formats. The project is being implemented in a picturesque location in the historical part of Moscow, near the Simonov Monastery ensemble, on the embankment of the Moskva River, 5 km from the Kremlin. The area consists of two residential groups, consisting of eight buildings from 1 to 29 floors with six attached townhouses. The total construction area of the complex is 186,855 m².
