LLC PMCC was established by VTB Group at the end of 2012 as an expert organization in construction of large infrastructure projects. The Company's experts participated in preparation of the concession agreement for construction of the high-speed paid highway Moscow – Saint Petersburg (the federal highway M-11) and acted as a technical customer in construction of the Eastern Bypass in Perm. Our specialists provide technical and financial supervision over implementation of the largest infrastructure projects: the Arctic port of Sabetta in the Kara Sea, modernization of the logistics infrastructure of Russian Post JSC, reconstruction of Soviet cinemas in Moscow, construction of a large number of industrial and civil facilities.
As a general contractor LLC PMCC completed the project for construction of bridge crossings on the section of the Izhevsk – Sarapul – Kambarka highway near the city of Kambarka. In total, the Company's experts participated in implementation of dozens of large federal infrastructure projects.
At the moment, the Company acts as a technical customer for such large-scale projects as the Vitebsk interchange of the WHSD and the Eastern Ufa Exit. PMCC is constantly expanding the geography of its presence and opens new areas of activity. We also implement social infrastructure projects in the Far East and Saint Petersburg.
The experience accumulated in the Company allows us to manage construction of facilities of any complexity.
