Project Characteristics
A-Residence Residential Area is being built on the Balchug artificial island, which is located in the very center of Moscow between the Vodootvodny Canal and the Moskva River. The complex was designed by the famous architectural bureau Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners and consists of five buildings ranging in height from two to eight floors with underground parking. All buildings are equipped with the latest engineering equipment. The total construction area of the complex is 33,0000 sq. m.
