Residential Complex Ostafyevo

Project Characteristics

Residential complex is being built on the territory of New Moscow in the village of Ostafyevo. The second stage includes four monolithic brick buildings of 11–14 floors high, as well as creation of social infrastructure facilities: schools and kindergartens. The new houses feature individually designed entrances with spacious pram storage and concierge rooms. The total area of the facilities is 191,709 sq. m
