Purovsky Bridge

Project Characteristics

A road bridge in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug was erected over the Pur River on the Korotchaevo – Tazovsky highway. The length of the new bridge is 1,023 meters, it is placed on 11 supports, at the base of which there are 32-meter piles. There are 10 superstructures installed on supports, the maximum height of the bridge crossing above the water is 18 meters. The total length of the bridge with approaches and embankment is 2,716 meters.

The main purpose of the Purovsky Bridge is to provide year-round communication with the mainland for the residents of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, as well as the uninterrupted supply of goods for the needs of villages and oil and gas fields. The Bridge was officially open to traffic in October, 2020.
